These terms explain the general basis on which FurFelt Creations provides custom pet portrait commissions. This is a general commercial framework and should be reviewed and updated by the business owner before launch.
All work is custom-made and based on submitted photographs, approved design direction, and agreed project details. The studio does not reproduce products in standard catalog form.
Customers are asked to approve the overall concept, desired size, and any important design notes before work begins. Lead times depend on the complexity and current studio queue.
Revision requests are handled according to the written quote or email agreement. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee or extended timeline.
Any payment structure, deposit arrangement, or refund policy should be confirmed in writing between the studio and the customer before production begins.
Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery details are confirmed based on the destination and completed sculpture. Once the finished artwork is shipped, the customer is responsible for the destination address, customs requirements, and any delivery delays outside the studio’s control. The studio will package items carefully but cannot guarantee every courier outcome.
Customer-submitted photographs remain the property of the customer unless otherwise agreed. The studio may retain a copy of images for processing and project administration only, with the customer’s consent where applicable.
