All FurFelt Creations custom pet portraits are made-to-order. The studio follows a clear process so customers know what to expect before work begins.
Customers send a few reference photos and a note about the pet, style, size, and any important details. The studio reviews the inquiry and confirms whether the project is a suitable fit.
After review, the studio provides a written quote and discusses the expected timing. Final pricing is based on the scope, size, detail level, and time required. The quote is confirmed before production begins.
Before making the piece, the studio and customer agree on the design direction, size, pose, and any optional details. Changes after approval depend on the agreed scope and may affect timeline or pricing.
Creation timing is discussed and confirmed after the photo review, based on the size and complexity of the piece. Progress updates may be shared when relevant.
Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery details are confirmed based on the destination and completed sculpture. Finished pieces are carefully packaged and shipped to the address agreed in the project.
Custom work is made by hand and may not always be exactly adjustable after final approval. Any revision terms should be confirmed in writing before production starts.
Cancellation and refund terms should be set in writing between the studio and customer before production begins. This page should be aligned with the studio’s final business terms before public launch.
